Correction: This could also be a 2013 Infiniti Red Bull F1 car, but I can't really tell the differences between the 2013 and 2014 models, and the display didn't specifically state what model it was. In general, Formula 1 is one of the best racing leagues in the world, and seeing a F1 car on display anywhere is very exciting. It's very difficult to go to a live F1 race because tickets are expensive and only one race takes place in select countries every season. For those who are unaware, the United States Grand Prix takes place at the Circuit of the Americas, which was completed just a few years ago, in Austin, Texas. The fact that I live in California, which is currently suffering from the worst drought in history (off-topic), makes attending a Formula 1 race even more difficult. The FIA regulations for Formula 1 are getting ridiculous nowadays. F1 cars utilize twin-turbo V6s from various engine suppliers. For example, the Infiniti Red Bull F1 cars use engines supplied by Renault. Don't get me wrong, the twin-turbo V6s sound good, but they don't sound nearly as good as the V8s and V12s from earlier years. The new F1 cars also include a Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS), which is like that of a hybrid system that doesn't decrease performance. There may be other rules and regulations that only the FIA, environmentalists, and tree-huggers will favor, such as not being able to upgrade the engine during the season, which kind of makes Formula 1 not as enjoyable to watch. I believe the 2013/14 F1 cars produce over 1000 HP, can reach 60 mph in about 2 seconds, and have a top speed of over 200 mph (I'm not sure about the exact specs). The two main drivers for Team Red Bull are Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber, which are both decent drivers. If you were wondering, my favorite Formula 1 team is Mercedes, and my favorite F1 driver is Lewis Hamilton. Overall, Formula 1 cars are infinitely cool no matter what era they are from, and in some cases, what manufacturer made them.
