We are now halfway through 2026, and that means it is time to wrap up the year it has been up to this point here on Carson's Car Pics. First in my 2026 first-half recap series is Part 1 of Best of Car Shows 2026, which showcases the coolest and most extraordinary cars I saw at car shows and meets that I attended from January through June of this year. There were many aspects and vehicles from car shows and meets that I attended during the first half of this year that were similar to those of last year. However, new automotive experiences and changes were presented this year as well, most notably the exotic car show at the PM Lounge, the Cars for the Cause show, my first British Car Roundup in several years, and the monthly local Porsche Club Cars and Coffee relocating and revamping its format starting this past spring. As with my half-year and end-of-year compilations on this site in recent years, this year's first half of 2026 compilations will have a greater focus on specific types of cars I enjoy seeing and photographing the most. Overall, it has been a great year for automotive content so far, and hope that the second half of 2026 is equally as great or better in this regard.
