Best of Car Spotting 2026 Part 1

 We are now halfway through 2026, and that means it is time to wrap up the year it has been up to this point here on Carson's Car Pics. Last but not least in my 2026 first-half recap series is Part 1 of Best of Car Spotting 2026, which showcases the coolest and most unusual cars I spotted and captured on camera from January through June of this year. Per usual, to be featured in this compilation, the cars would have to be found in pure spotting scenarios, such as on the street and in parking lots when not near a car show or meet or at a dealership. Best of Car Spotting 2026 Part 1 may not feature the large selection and extravagance of vehicles that are in Best of Car Shows 2026 Part 1, but I certainly spotted some gems so far this year, especially at Santana Row during two separate occasions and in other day-to-day scenarios when I least expected them to appear. In addition, there's something about spotting a rare exotic or another unusual car in a pure spotting situation that feels different and more special than seeing an unusual vehicle at a car show, cars and coffee, or dealership. As with my half-year and end-of-year compilations on this site in recent years, this year's first half of 2026 compilations will have a greater focus on specific types of cars I enjoy seeing and photographing the most. Overall, it has been a great year for automotive content so far, and hope that the second half of 2026 is equally as great or better in this regard.
