Ferrari SF90 Stradale (2021-)

 

The SF90 is Ferrari's current flagship model. Added to the Prancing Horse portfolio as an all-new supercar for the 2021 model year, it is motivated by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 mated to three electric motors producing a combined 986 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. The launch from zero to 60 mph in the SF90 occurs in 2.5 seconds, while its top speed is rated at approximately 211 mph. The SF90 is also the first Ferrari mid-engine supercar with all-wheel drive and features a premium, driver-centric interior adorned with leather and other high-quality material trim. 

Ferrari plans to build only 799 SF90 Stradale Coupes and 599 SF90 Spiders, with pricing for the SF90 Stradale starting at just under $530,000. I have now seen a total of nine SF90 examples in person, which consist of both the SF90 Stradale and SF90 Spider combined. However, what makes this latest sighting pictured in this post the most special and fascinating of them all is that it occurred as a pure spotting scenario a few days ago. On top of that, this particular SF90 was parked on the other street from my house when I randomly spotted it Sunday afternoon and Monday evening. My neighborhood very rarely has cars of this magnitude showing up in it at any given moment, making this my top car spotting moment of 2024 so far. Overall, the SF90 Stradale is one of the coolest, greatest, and most impressive modern Ferraris, and I am so grateful that I caught this specific example out and about when I did.

Best of Bimmers & Blooms

 The most recent car show I attended was a bit of a unique concept, in which it took place alongside a flower market two Saturdays ago. Both aspects of the event were nice and elaborate, but I was primarily there to see the cars on display and visit with my friends who were in attendance more than anything. It was on smaller scale than other shows I have been to, but most importantly, Bimmers & Blooms was a great show with a great selection of cool cars on display.
