The second car show I attended during the last weekend of March was this year's edition of the British Car Roundup. It took place locally on Sunday and was my first time attending this particular show in several years. The main reason I had not been to the British Car Roundup in several years prior to this latest one was due to me not being fully informed about when it was taking place during many of those previous years. Since I was fully informed about when the British Car Roundup was taking place this year, I was able to make a return to it for the first time in a long time, and it was absolutely worth it. The British Car Roundup featured a different format with a smaller street section dedicated for this specific event compared to when I last attended it several years ago, in which I remember it being more spread out and covering a few blocks instead of primarily one block. It also certainly had a smaller and completely different selection of vehicles and more intimate atmosphere than those of the Calicreaming show I attended the day before. As with every British Car Roundup every year, the antiques fair takes place next to and alongside it, covering the next few blocks from where the car show is normally set up at, and I usually walk through the antiques fair to see what it has to offer as well whenever I can make it to this particular show.
Like in years past, a variety of British automakers were represented at this year's British Car Roundup, with the majority of cars on display consisting of classic MGs, Triumphs, and Jaguars. In addition, many of the examples at the the most recent British Car Roundup looked familiar, as I remember seeing them at British Car Roundups from several years ago or in other previous scenarios. One aspect I enjoyed the most about Sunday's British Car Roundup was seeing some impressive rare vehicles that I would normally not see nearly anywhere else, such as a the only TVR, Morgan, and Lotus on display there. Featured here in this compilation are my favorite vehicles from this year's British Car Roundup listed in as close to a top ten in no particular order as possible. If I could choose only one best of show winner here, it would be the silver McLaren 720S Spider listed at the top of this compilation. Enjoy and stay tuned for exciting new content coming throughout the month of April.
