Bentley Mark VI

The Mark VI is the first vehicle Bentley released after World War II. It was produced from 1946 to 1952 and powered by either a 4.3-liter inline-six or a 4.6-liter inline-six. Both engines were mated to a 4-speed manual. The Mark VI is by no means a performance vehicle, launching from zero to 60 mph in about 15 seconds and topping out at 100 mph. Like some ultra-luxury vehicles, the Mark VI contains rear-hinged front doors. Both examples featured in this post are the standard steel body and right-hand drive, which comprises most Mark VI examples. There have been other coachbuilt, one-off versions of the Mark VI produced that are much more exclusive and valuable. In total, just over 5,200 Mark VIs were made over the course of its production run. In all, the Bentley Mark VI is a stunning and impeccable classic ultra-luxury sedan that is quiet and comfortable, worth every penny, and guaranteed to turn heads everywhere it goes.
