Valley Children's Stadium Car Spotting (9/13/25)

 The second event I attended on Saturday was not another car show/meet, but a college football game, specifically Fresno State hosting Southern University. I enjoy attending these games, and oftentimes whenever I have done so in the past, I would normally see at least a few cool and extraordinary cars parked in the tailgate lots near the stadium. In fact, I may be the only one who actively spots for cars at Fresno State football games besides attending and watching the games themselves. While I mainly see trucks and SUVs in the stadium tailgate lots, my main focus when car spotting there is searching for supercars, fast wagons, and other performance vehicles that people would normally not expect to find in these scenarios. Compared to the home opener at the end of last month, I had better luck with car spotting at this most recent game, stumbling on six performance vehicles that stood out to me above the rest, including one supercar and one fast wagon. Most of these cars that I spot and take photos of at these games are usually parked in the tailgate lot next to the soccer field that is directly connected to Valley Children's Stadium, and this latest spotting round was no different. On the other hand, there were two performance cars that I noticed in another lot several rows from where I parked my car, which are included here as well. 

Also worth noting is when I noticed the black Audi RS6 Avant in this compilation, it led to an unexpected and somewhat lengthy conversation between me and the three guys standing next to it, in which the three guys were impressed that I noticed that specific RS6 and was pretty knowledgeable about it. While it was worth having conversation with these three guys, that did leave me sort of scrambling to capture photos of the four performance vehicles I spotted right next to the stadium so I could then find my seat in enough time to catch as much of the game as possible. As for the supercar in this compilation, a silver McLaren 720S Spider, I have seen it parked near Valley Children's Stadium in the same general area at least a few times every season for the past few years, and it was a welcoming sign that it returned again for the first time this season for me to take a new set of photos this time around. The supercar and fast wagon that I spotted before the game Saturday evening were certainly the top two highlights of this latest round of car spotting, and I always take pride in seeing some amazing cars parked near Valley Children's Stadium that likely go unnoticed by most fans when attending Fresno State football games.
