1993 Nissan Skyline (R33)

For those of you who have been following this site for a while now, I featured the R33-gen Nissan Skyline GT-R on here about a year ago, which had marked the first time I saw the GT-R version of the R33 Skyline in person. The example featured here is an early R33 Skyline that was never sold outside of right-hand drive markets but can be legally imported to the U.S. since it meets the 25-year import rule in place by the federal government. It also isn't a GT-R, but it has been modified to be on par with the factory-spec GT-R. I spotted this one more recently at a car meet during the middle of July, and it was easily one of the coolest and most notable vehicles on display there. In addition, most people, including myself, don't see older Nissan Skylines that were once forbidden fruit on a regular basis. I am not a fan of most Nissan models, but every Nissan Skyline generation that came before the current R35 GT-R remains some of the coolest Japanese cars ever made.
