The latest rendition of my local BMW CCA Cars and Coffee is in the books, and although it was not on the same level as the Porsche Club Cars and Coffee from last week, the Bimmer Club Cars and Coffee was certainly worth bracing the frigid morning temperatures and fog for. It featured a solid turnout of a variety of different enthusiast vehicles, most of which were the European performance type. Fortunately, there were a few supercars sprinkled in this vehicle selection for good measure. Besides the great selection of vehicles on display, I had made a few new connections at this most recent meet as well. Another noteworthy incident that occurred while this car meet was taking place involved a motorcycle that briefly rolled through. I did not capture any of this sequence on photo or video, but this particular motorcycle first rev-bombed when passing through, and after its rev bomb, while turning a corner, the motorcycle locked up, and its rider fell off the bike and to the ground. Luckily no one was hurt, but it was quite a strange scenario that normally does not unfold every day.
