Nissan Skyline GTS R33

The R33-gen is one of the most sought-after Nissan Skyline models. At first, I thought the above example was a GT-R, but after further examining the vehicle, it is actually a Skyline GTS despite the fake GT-R badge on the trunk lid. This is due to the GT-R having a larger front bumper and flared fenders to set it apart aesthetically from the other R33 Skyline models. Produced from 1993 to 1998, the Skyline R33 GTS offered either a 2.0-liter straight-six or a 2.5-liter NA or turbo straight-six, depending on the specific trim. Power output varies between 128 to 247 horsepower and 127 to 217 lb-ft of torque. The Skyline GTS R33 is paired to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic, and is also available as a sedan. It launches from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 6.2 seconds. The R33-gen Nissan Skyline models were originally sold in right-hand drive markets such as Japan, the U.K., and Australia. Early model year Skyline R33's are now available to import to the States under the federal 25-year import rule. The GT-R may be the most desirable R33 model, but the Skyline GTS is a great alternative if the former seems out of reach for some people. Out of all the Skyline generations, the R34 is my favorite because it looks the best and is the most sensational. In addition, the Fast and Furious movies increased the R34's appeal for me compared to the other Nissan Skyline generations.
